Our Snoqualmie Ridge office is located in the Snoqualmie Ridge retail area 

 From Seattle or from the Snoqualmie Pass: Take I-90 (east from Seattle, or west from the Pass) to exit 25 for Route 18 / Snoqualmie Parkway. Go north on SR18 / Snoqualmie Parkway to the intersection of the parkway and Center Boulevard. There will be a traffic light at this intersection. Turn left onto Center Boulevard and drive two blocks to the intersection of Center Boulevard. We are located on the right side of the Boulevard in the corner building.

 We've Moved. please note the new address. Our new location is close to our previous clinic as shown in the map. Our North Bend office is now located on the corner of Ballarat and 2nd St near the North Bend library. 

From Seattle: Take I-90 east to exit 31 for North Bend. Take a Left at the bottom of the ramp onto Bendigo Blvd/State Route 202. Follow Bendigo Blvd thru two lights, over the river, then take a right onto North Bend Way.  Next take a left on Ballarat.  We are one block on the Left (corner of Ballarat and 2nd street).   In addition to street side parking, there is a handicap accesible parking lot in the rear.

From Snoqualmie Valley: State Route 202 becomes Bendigo Blvd as you enter North Bend. Take a left at the first light on North Bend Way.  Next take a left on Ballarat.  We are one block on the Left (corner of Ballarat and 2nd street).   In addition to street side parking, there is a handicap accesible parking lot in the rear.
